Job summary

The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan is seeking a Program Associate to assist with the day-to-day operations of all children’s programs. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure projects are maintained with accuracy, timeliness, and future growth, while delivering superior service to internal teams and stakeholders.

Key duties include data entry, site coordination, grant data collection, and training support for new programs.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Background check required.
• Customer service or human services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations of children’s programs.
• Coordinate with Manager to maintain and grow programs.
• Collect data for applications and grants.
• Support in setting up and training new programs.
• Monitor program sites and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Track monthly program reporting.
