Job summary

Advomas, Inc. is seeking a Child Health Benefits Coordinator to oversee day-to-day delivery of services identifying and assisting referred health plan members with securing CSHCS coverage and SSD/SSI benefits.

You will coordinate gathering documents, authorizations, outreach to members and providers, application support, case monitoring, approvals, closures, and reporting, while ensuring HIPAA privacy and secure handling of information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare eligibility, Medicaid enrollment, case management or similar.
• Experience in specialty care preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility and CSHCS processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assist referred health plan members with securing CSHCS coverage and SSD/SSI benefits.
• Coordinate gathering required documents and authorizations.
• Member and provider outreach; application support; case monitoring; approvals and closures.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and reporting, with secure handling of protected health information.
