Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Member Financial Counselor to assist members with state and federal assistance programs, enrollments, and recertifications. The role requires navigating health plans, aid programs, and benefits, with significant data entry to track outcomes across Centers and Markets.

The candidate will support cost-share programs, contact members by phone, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and banks to obtain required information.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid and assistance program eligibility across multi-state environments.
• Ability to guide members through benefits counseling and enrollment activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with eligibility paperwork and enrollment across state/federal programs.
• Provide service in a contact center environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Initiate calls to educate providers and resolve benefit-related concerns.
• Document financial histories and input data into internal systems.
• Gather medical, legal, and financial information from stakeholders to complete Medicaid.
