Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Child First program, aligning operations, clinical services, billing practices, and outcomes with organizational goals and model fidelity.
• Supervise and support Child First Clinicians, Care Coordinators, and Clinical Team members through reflective supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Facilitate weekly group reflective supervision and case conferences to enhance clinical practice and reflective learning.
• Monitor staff productivity, caseloads, documentation, and billing to ensure high-quality family-centered care and compliance with requirements.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Child First staff per organizational policies and Child First requirements.
