Job summary

TFI Family Services in Pittsburg, KS seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team, guiding case managers and support staff to reunite families or secure permanent homes through adoption.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor’s in social work plus four years of direct service or case management experience with BSRB licensure. Training is provided to ensure success in this mission.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Experience leading and supporting case managers and staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or achieve permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure service delivery and advocacy for children and families.
