Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services-related field.
• Ability to obtain licensure in South Dakota to practice mental health counseling.
• QMHP certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual and supportive counseling to clients and families.
• Conducting assessments and supporting the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Providing symptom assessment and management.
• Supporting clients as they work toward identified treatment, recovery, and wellness goals.
• Working collaboratively with children, families, clients, and other members of the treatment team.
• Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Helping connect clients and families with appropriate community resources and additional services.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with other professionals to provide coordinated, person-centered care.
• Supporting a positive, compassionate, and recovery-oriented treatment environment.
