Qualifications

• Experience with children, young people, and families.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Ability to produce clear, objective reports.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee contact sessions between children, family members, and significant others.
• Observe, monitor, and evaluate the quality of interactions and parenting capacity.
• Intervene to protect children and terminate sessions when necessary.
• Prepare reports for social care assessments, reviews, or court proceedings.
• Maintain precise records using databases and Microsoft Office tools.
• Support parents and carers through guidance and role modelling.
• Prepare facilities before and after sessions and maintain a safe environment.
