CAP Services Inc. operates the Children’s Discovery Center in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with an immediate start date.

Starting pay ranges from $18.98 to $20.88 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401K (6% match) and health/dental/vision/disability coverage. Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience.
• Must obtain a certificate from the Wisconsin Early Childhood Professional Recognition system within 3 months after assuming the position.
• Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child CPR w/AED within 2 months of hire.
• Certificate of completion of Abusive Head Trauma training prior to working at the center.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children and implement weekly developmentally appropriate curricula.
• Prepare and conduct weekly lesson plans and ongoing assessments to monitor development.
• Ensure compliance with all related regulations and serve children aged 6 weeks to 1 year.

Starting Pay: $18.98-$20.88 per hour, depending on experience

Duties: Responsible for the supervision of children, for preparing and conducting weekly lesson plans which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, for on-going assessment of children, and for maintaining compliance with all related regulations.Working with children ages 6 weeks to 1-year olds.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two year Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience
• Must obtain a certificate from the registry of the Wisconsin Early Childhood Professional Recognition system within 3 months after assuming the position.
• Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation w/AED (CPR) within 2 months of hire.
• Certificate of completion of Abusive Head Trauma training prior to working at the center.
