Job summary

BakertRipley seeks a Provider Relations Specialist to foster strong relationships with child care providers, conduct on-site visits and training, and promote Texas Rising Star programs. You will lead outreach efforts, deliver informative presentations, assist with enrollments, and help secure contracts to expand access to quality child care services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent education from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one (1) year of related work experience preferred.
• MS Office Applications (2 yrs)
• Customer Service (2 yrs)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with child care providers.
• Conduct on-site technical assistance and training visits.
• Promote and support Texas Rising Star providers through resources and support.
• Recruit and develop partnerships with prospective providers via outreach, presentations, and on-site visits.
• Assist with enrollment processes and secure contractual agreements to expand access to quality child care services.
• Monitor providers for compliance with contractual requirements and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with CCS team to improve program operations and service delivery.
