Job summary

BakerRipley in Corpus Christi is seeking an Early Care and Education Specialist to strengthen TRS partnerships across eleven counties by coaching providers, delivering trainings, and guiding program quality improvements.

You will recruit, support, and mentor child care providers to meet TRS certification standards, with hands-on coaching, on-site visits, and resource sharing to elevate early learning for children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent with specified hours).
• 18 credit hours in ECE and 12 in child development required for the second option.
• Associate’s degree with two years director experience in an ECE program; TRS accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and support child care providers through hands-on coaching.
• Provide technical assistance and deliver trainings.
• Conduct on-site visits to mentor/providers toward TRS certification.
• Assess provider needs, share resources, and distribute developmentally appropriate materials.
• Build strong partnerships to elevate early learning for children and families.
