Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Provider Services Liaison to connect Workforce Solutions Child Care with local providers across the North Texas service area. You will coordinate trainings, manage procurement, and communicate program information to providers and staff.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Business or related field, procurement experience, and strong written and oral communication skills. Some travel within the 11-county area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as listed: Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Experience in procurement and/or document management is expected.
• Experience in a full-time, professional early childhood setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and train providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with all child care providers.
• Plan, coordinate and host provider trainings and luncheons.
• Manage procurement for the Provider Services Department.
• Write and disseminate child care information regularly.
• Develop surveys/assessments and share results with management.
• Collaborate with partners to plan large scale events and trainings.
