Child Care Infant Teacher

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  1. 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  2. At least 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool setting
  3. Possession of a CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field
  4. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) for children

Physical Requirements:

This position requires compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations, including immunizations, physicals, and training. If hired, you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons' policies, ensuring children's safety and well-being.

Compensation:

The hourly rate ranges from $20.25 to $24.75. Actual offers depend on experience, education, certifications, location, and organizational factors. Additionally, a $500 Hiring Incentive is payable after 100 days of employment.
