GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a program coordinator to deliver consistent therapeutic care for children at the facility. You will lead primary prevention groups, assist in crisis intervention and case planning, and participate in team meetings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with community agencies and schools, organizing schedules, leading parenting groups, developing resources, maintaining charts, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Basic arithmetic and numerical skills for everyday tasks.
• Willingness to complete training and possess a valid driver's license.
• Proficient with PCs and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services with community agencies and schools.
• Establish schedules and activities for all child care areas.
• Lead parenting groups with clients.
• Develop community resources and make referrals to therapists.
• Maintain children's charts and required documentation.
• Ensure services meet client standards.
• Arrange transportation for children to school and appointments.
• Represent the Program Director in their absence.
