The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a childcare professional to supervise children, implement engaging lesson plans, and ensure a safe learning environment. You will train assistants, prepare daily reports, and communicate with parents while adhering to DFPS regulations.

Responsibilities include ongoing training, staff coordination, and maintaining confidentiality. This role is part-time or full-time, non-exempt, hourly, and requires CPR/First Aid certification and archdiocesan policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or CDA preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Experience in childcare or education settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children at all times, maintaining a secure, safe environment for learning.
• Supervise and train assistants on policies and procedures.
• Create and implement lesson plans.
• Complete classroom and daily child reports.
• Attend staff meetings and training.
• Communicate with parents and apply regulations (DFPS).
• Ensure CPR/First Aid readiness and confidentiality.
