Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a part-time/full-time, non-exempt caregiver to supervise children, train assistants, and implement engaging lesson plans. You will prepare daily reports, communicate with parents, and ensure safety and compliance with school policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, attending trainings, and supporting the Catholic mission. Must pass background checks and Safe Environment requirements; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with children, families, and staff in a school setting.
• Must pass background checks and Safe Environment requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children at all times in a safe environment.
• Train assistants in room policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create and implement lesson plans.
• Prepare daily and classroom reports.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in aftercare dismissal procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Catholic school mission.
