Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a part-time supervisor for the school’s extended care program. You will supervise activities, ensure safety, and support a positive after-school environment for students.

Key duties include engaging with children, assisting with meals and cleanup, communicating with parents, and maintaining attendance and records. Must be 18+, have a High Diploma, reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and pass the Safe Environment background check.

Qualifications

• High Diploma with relevant experience working with school-age children.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, and vehicle insurance.
• Pass archdiocesan Safe Environment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the school’s mission.
• Model Gospel values and maintain safety during all activities.
• Assist with enrollment, attendance records, and required documents.
• Communicate with parents and participate in staff meetings and events.
• Differentiate lessons and activities for varied ages and abilities.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety protocols, and appropriate interaction with youth.
