The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a childcare staff member to supervise and nurture students in a Catholic school setting. You will implement lesson plans, monitor safety, and maintain accurate records for each child in your care.

The role requires strong communication with parents and staff, adherence to regulations, and a commitment to upholding Catholic educational values. Evening trainings and on-campus in-services may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA credential preferred.
• One year of experience in a childcare setting.
• Must pass archdiocesan Safe Environment and background screening.

Responsabilités

• Supervise children at all times and maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Supervise and train assistants in policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Create and implement lesson plans.
• Complete classroom reports and daily child reports.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and professionals.
• Adhere to DFPS regulations and archdiocesan policies.
