Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for day-to-day activities in the child care center.
• Implement curriculum and daily lesson plans based on assessment and state guidelines.
• Monitor and observe groups of children indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure that each child receives individual attention.
• Communicate regularly with parents on children's daily charts and at conferences.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with caregivers to maintain quality.
