Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming childcare environment. You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, and help keep classrooms and playgrounds in order.

You will assist with cleaning equipment, furnishings, and walls, and help put up seasonal decorations while supporting a collaborative team. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh! Clean the building, classrooms and playground; vacuum, mop, dust, clean windows, restrooms; gather and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Clean equipment, furniture, fixtures and walls; clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Put up and remove seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Job description

Our Housekeeping Aides are integral to the success of the childcare center by managing the organization and cleanliness that enables children to learn and grow in their environment.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.


• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.


• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-$17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered


• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
