Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for children across our daycare centers. You will support daily cleaning tasks and help ensure a welcoming space where kids can learn and grow.

Responsibilities include janitorial duties, equipment cleaning, restroom upkeep, and seasonal decor setup. Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits for full-time team members.

Our Housekeeping Aides are integral to the success of the childcare center by managing the organization and cleanliness that enables children to learn and grow in their environment.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $14.74-$15.31 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
