Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help keep our childcare centers clean, safe, and welcoming for children. Your role supports a healthy learning environment by maintaining orderly classrooms, play areas, and common spaces.

You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, tidy equipment, and assist with seasonal decorations, always following safety guidelines. Monday through Friday schedule with paid time off, immediate health insurance, 401K with company match, and

Our Housekeeping Aides are integral to the success of the childcare center by managing the organization and cleanliness that enables children to learn and grow in their environment.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $15.45-$16.05 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
