Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a safe, clean environment for children. You will perform janitorial tasks across classrooms, playgrounds, restrooms, and common areas, helping keep spaces fresh and organized.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with bi-weekly and daily pay options, and eligible employees receive health insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401K with company match. Childcare discounts are also offered.

Responsibilities

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $15.56-$16.16 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
