Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean and safe classrooms, play areas, and common spaces within our childcare centers. You will support a healthy learning environment by performing janitorial tasks and light maintenance as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, restrooms, and assisting with seasonal decorations. The role offers a Monday–Friday work week and access to health insurance, PTO, and education assistance for

Job description

As a Housekeeping Aide, you:

• Keep things fresh! Work to keep the building, classrooms, and playground in a clean, safe, orderly condition. Completes janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and restrooms. Gathers and empty trash.
• Keep things working! Assist in cleaning school equipment, furniture, fixtures, and walls. Clean restrooms and refill dispensers.
• Keep things festive! Assist with putting up and removing seasonal decorations and displays throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.9-$18.38 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
