Bright Horizons in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director to support daily operations, enhance program quality, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children and families. You will partner with the Center Director, mentor teachers, ensure licensing compliance, and lead initiatives that strengthen care and education across the center.

A strong background in early childhood leadership is required.

Qualificações

• Background checks required by state and company.
• An associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least two years of leadership experience in a high-quality child care setting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold mission, culture, and family relationships.
• Monitor program quality and document children’s learning.
