Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Assistant Director in Portland, Oregon to partner with the Center Director in guiding daily operations, supporting educational programming, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will mentor teachers, uphold licensing standards, monitor program quality, and build strong relationships with families, staff, and clients while leading a high-quality early childhood center.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards.
