You will work with the Center Director to drive enrollment, ensure accreditation standards, and manage daily operations while maintaining a nurturing environment for young learners.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; comfortable around children.
