Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Center Director in Pittsburgh to lead daily operations, guide program excellence, and drive enrollment and outreach. You will mentor teachers, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with families and licensing authorities.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership in high-quality child care, and a degree in early childhood education or related field. Bright Horizons supports growth and a thriving learning community.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least four years of leadership in high-quality child care.
• Experience in teaching and administration of a child care center.
• Strong understanding of center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead hiring and create an inclusive, motivating work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and ensure program quality standards.
• Manage enrollment, marketing, billing, and accounts payable with budget compliance.
• Build relationships and communicate with families, clients, staff, and licensing.
