This is a part‑time, temporary/seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool; vacancies are filled from this pool.

Minimum Qualifications

ECE degree, classes, and/or experience in child care are desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize activities with the children in accordance with the curriculum as prepared by the Head Teacher.
• Prepare materials for the Teacher for planned activities.
• Diapering and potty training as necessary.
• Assist the Teacher in cleaning the classroom.
• Other duties as assigned, which may include cleaning the CDC kitchen and organizing kitchen supplies.

Pre‑Employment Requirements

All employees who are 18 years of age and older are required to submit fingerprints to local and federal repositories for background checks prior to the start date. Applicants must also have a federal background check completed and a TB skin test clearance.
