JusticeWorks YouthCare in Fayette County, PA is seeking a Full-Time Child Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social services and the legal system. You will serve as the primary contact for families, assess needs, connect resources, and pursue stability.

You will monitor children's well-being, document progress, manage complex cases, collaborate with schools and community partners, and help families move forward with compassionate, child-centered advocacy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma with documented experience in child, family, or juvenile justice services.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass all required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support children's emotional, physical, and social well-being
• Observe and document behavior, academic progress, and home environment
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up
• Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers
• Collaborate with families, schools, agencies, and community partners
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program standards

Educación
