Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You will build strong relationships, tailor approaches to each family, and work with an interdisciplinary team focused on comprehensive, evidence-based care.

We offer multiple tracks: W2 part‑time (20 hrs/week) with a base plus session incentives and 1099 contractor (flat rate per session), with core hours after 3 PM ET.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide virtual and in-person therapy to children aged 2–26 and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; assess needs and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

Connaissances
