You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient therapy, crisis planning, and preventive care, ensuring ethical practice and strong client rapport in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high‑quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including free supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans; handle insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and admin staff to deliver holistic care.

Education
