Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Child & Adolescent Therapist to empower youth and families in behavioral health. You will work with a clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting licensure goals and ongoing professional development.

You will engage in assessments, individual/family therapy, crisis planning, and collaborative care with psychiatrists and other professionals, ensuring thorough documentation and quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
• Experience with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to mental health and high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Time management for documentation and admin tasks.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
