Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field is required.
• Experience working with children and families is expected.
• Provisional license may be required per state regulations.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms promptly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
