Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist to join a supportive clinical team dedicated to empowering licensure-seeking therapists and delivering high-quality behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passion for mental health and high quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients’ needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
