Job summary

Ellie West Hartford is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join a private-practice–style team in West Hartford, CT. The role offers autonomy, a base salary plus commission, flexible scheduling, and the option to work in-person or hybrid.

A W-2 with full benefits and access to a free CEU library are included. Responsibilities include diagnosing, treatment planning, daily documentation, and coordinating with internal and external providers, with HIPAA training required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.
• Full clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess various mental health diagnoses.
• Treatment planning.
• Daily documentation.
• Engage in regular case consultations & clinical staff meetings.
• Coordinate services with outside providers & internal Ellie providers.
• Complete all HIPAA training requirements.
