Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college/university and on track to licensure
• Clinically licensed (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) or pursuing licensure as LPC/LSW
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set stable professional boundaries with clients
• Timely completion and submission of service documentation
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
• Proficient with standard office tech and EHR systems (Valant a plus)
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/adjust treatment plans
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians
• Use creative interventions to help clients meet goals
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff, and school staff
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
