The University of Florida College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry – Jacksonville is seeking an Associate/Full Professor Child Psychiatrist (MD) in the Child and Adolescent Division. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), tenure or non-tenure track faculty position. The department seeks a dynamic individual with outstanding clinical and teaching skills, as well as a record of scholarly/research productivity, to lead the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
The candidate should have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, including skills in evaluating lifespan trajectories, psychiatric and medical comorbidities, and applying clinical knowledge and interventions to children with complex needs. A record in program development and research is highly desirable, along with experience in developmental and genetic disorders of childhood. The ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams and diverse populations is essential.

Experience and/or training in pediatric psychiatry and behavioral health, skills in evaluating lifespan trajectories, comorbidities, and applying clinical interventions for children with complex needs. Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and diverse populations is essential.
