Job summary

Ascension Saint Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support outpatient rehabilitation. This PRN opportunity involves weekdays and weekends with shifts from 7:00-3:30, delivering tailored plans of care for pediatric patients and guiding families through discharge planning.

You will mentor COTAs and Therapy Technicians while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of safety and quality in care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor comprehensive pediatric outpatient plans of care.
• Educate families and caregivers for discharge and home adaptation.
• Provide mentorship to COTAs and Therapy Technicians for safe care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
