Innovation Senior Living in Florida seeks a Community CEO to lead operations of our assisted living and adult day care communities. You will provide strategic direction, drive growth, and elevate resident experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include staffing, dining, maintenance, sales and marketing oversight, financial management, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with residents, families, healthcare partners, and staff to ensure exceptional care and long-term

Qualifikationen

• Must be CORE-certified.
• Current hands-on CPR Certification.
• Must have a clear background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.

• Lead the operations of the community and drive resident experience.
• Oversee staff leadership, resident services, dining, maintenance, sales, and marketing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial health of the community.
