Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida seeks an Executive Director in St. Augustine, FL to lead operations for a nationally recognized faith‑based nonprofit senior living provider, serving residents across the continuum.

You will implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance (AHCA/CCRC, CMS where applicable), manage budgeting and capital planning, build a cross‑functional leadership team, and foster community engagement and philanthropic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related or business field required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retirement/senior living, preferably within a multi-facility or CCRC/Life Plan Community organization.
• Current Florida Nursing Home Administrator's License, or ability to obtain one promptly.
• Familiarity with AHCA survey processes and CCRC regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead policies and operations in coordination with the Board and Community Support Services offices.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA licensure, Life Plan/CCRC statutes, and CMS quality standards where applicable.
• Manage budgeting, capital planning, and financial performance across communities.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and staff development across cross-functional teams.
• Foster a retention-focused culture and build partnerships with community groups and stakeholders.
