Job summary

Mach Energy Services LLC is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Estimator to lead cost projections for industrial, RNG, renewable energy, and oil & gas projects. You will prepare complete E&I estimates from conceptual through detailed design, focusing on labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.

Collaborate with project teams, validate assumptions, and maintain historical cost databases while leveraging Accubid to ensure competitive yet profitable bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of E&I estimating experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience with RNG, renewable energy, and/or oil & gas projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Accubid estimating software.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and applicable codes (NEC, ISA).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete E&I estimates from conceptual through detailed design phases, including labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment costs
• Analyze RFPs, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop accurate bid packages for industrial, RNG, renewables, and oil & gas projects
• Utilize Accubid software to build, manage, and review estimates with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations staff to validate assumptions and align on scope
• Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks; clearly communicate to leadership during bid reviews
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing
• Participate in bid strategy sessions and post-bid analysis to improve future estimating accuracy
• Maintain an organized database of historical costs, productivity rates, and project data
