Live Oak Bank is seeking a Head of Treasury Management to lead treasury sales, onboarding, portfolio management, and merchant/payments at scale. You will build an executive team, set strategic direction, and align with Finance to drive growth in deposits and embedded payments.

The role requires a history of leading large teams, strong communication, and deep treasury services knowledge. You will partner with marketing, product, onboarding, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services, with a focus on treasury management, cash management, deposit operations, or commercial banking.
• 5+ years of leading leaders/managers across sales and operations.
• Track record of growing revenue while maintaining regulatory soundness.
• Knowledge of deposit operations, ACH/wire processing, or treasury services.
• Strong communication skills and a partner-centric approach across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision, strategy, and annual plan for treasury management across sales, onboarding, servicing, and portfolio growth.
• Build and lead an executive team across Business Development, Treasury Management, and Merchant/Payments Services.
• Partner with Finance/FP&A to set deposit and revenue goals and build supportive budgets.
• Roll out new products and initiatives with cross-functional teams to drive deposit growth.
• Own treasury management sales pipeline, forecasting, and channel partnerships.
• Maintain risk and regulatory controls across sales, onboarding, and operations.
