Job summary

Financial Additions in partnership with a Texas banking client seeks a Head of Treasury Management to lead and scale the treasury-management platform in Hudson Oaks. This is a relationship-driven leadership role blending sales and operations to deliver treasury solutions.

You will build a high-performing team, deepen client relationships, and collaborate with lenders on deposits, payments, liquidity, and cash-management services, while shaping product strategy and pricing.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury-management experience within commercial banking.
• Demonstrated success in relationship development and treasury sales.
• Strong understanding of commercial deposits, payments, liquidity, fraud prevention, and cash-management solutions.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with commercial lenders and executive leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and grow a platform.

Responsibilities
