Job summary

Wood Mackenzie LandGate is seeking a visionary VP, Head of Transmission Products to guide development of transmission tools and to support sales with deep grid expertise. You will steer teams across data centers, energy infra, and offshore contractors while ensuring strong customer outcomes in the US.

The role requires extensive leadership in data centers, infrastructure, or renewable energy, with proven transmission experience in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Power Systems.
5+ years high voltage electrical system experience, preferably in utilities or operators.
2+ years managing transmission interconnection for power plants (wind/solar/thermal).
Professional Engineer (Electrical) license preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and architect transmission product development for LandGate.
Lead a division including multiple teams and offshore contractors.
Collaborate with sales, client success, and engineering to set priorities.
Develop Fusion AI workflows and integrate with datasets for grid insights.
Provide technical materials, training and presentations for customers.
