Qualifications

• 10+ years in total rewards, compensation, and benefits across multiple sites.
• At least five years in senior HR leadership with Total Rewards oversight.
• Experience designing and leading compensation, incentives, and benefits programs.
• Knowledge of job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and vendor management.
• Understanding tax, regulatory compliance, including SEC filings and related matters.
• Experience managing union/labor benefit populations and bargaining considerations.
• Ability to synthesize data, evaluate tradeoffs, and influence senior leaders.
• Strong business and financial acumen balancing teammate value, market competitiveness, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the enterprise total rewards strategy, philosophy, and roadmap.
• Advise senior leaders on reward priorities, investment choices, market positioning, and workforce needs.
• Oversee job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, base pay, and merit/incentive programs.
• Lead health and welfare, retirement, savings, pension, and well-being programs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders and advisors to prepare analysis and materials for the Corporate Benefits Committee and Board.
• Build communications that clearly explain benefit programs and disclosures to teammates.
