Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated seeks an experienced Vice President, Total Rewards to shape enterprise compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will lead a high‑performing team, align programs with business strategy, and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.

You’ll partner with senior leaders and the Board, guiding market positioning, incentive design, and program communications that drive teammate engagement and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Total Rewards, compensation, and benefits experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the enterprise total rewards strategy and roadmap.
• Provide executive oversight for job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, base pay, merit planning, and short/long term incentives.
• Lead health and welfare, retirement, savings, pension, and well-being programs; review union and non‑union programs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Benefits Committee and Board, delivering high‑quality analysis and recommendations.
• Create clear communications to help teammates understand benefit programs and program changes.
