Job summary

The role emphasizes advanced liquid cooling, two‑phase solutions, and immersion technologies, with collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and systems teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Thermal Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant engineering experience at Senior Principal level in electronics thermal design.

Responsibilities

• Define organization-wide thermal architectures and validation practices for liquid-cooled hardware across platforms.
• Lead system-level thermal architecture and design from concept to manufacturing ramp.
• Perform CFD modeling and correlate with test data to improve margins and performance.
• Develop and oversee validation plans for components, subsystems, and racks; mentor engineers.
