Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Systems, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware development, platform architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in server, storage, networking, power, rack-scale infra, and thermal management technologies.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering programs, system integration, validation, qualification, and deployment efforts.
• Strong customer and executive engagement skills, with the ability to drive root cause analysis and influence technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level architecture, integration, and validation of AI server, rack, and cluster-scale solutions.
• Drive platform readiness from development through deployment and sustaining engineering.
• Provide leadership for customer escalations, deployment assessments, and field quality investigations.
• Partner with thermal & mechanical teams to optimize air and liquid cooled AI platforms.
• Support direct liquid cooling technologies including cold plates, CDUs, manifolds and rack cooling systems.
