One Physics LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Chief Therapy Medical Physicist to lead the clinical and operational side of the physics program. The Chief will remain clinically engaged while guiding the physics and dosimetry team and partnering with Radiation Oncology leadership to advance patient care.

The role requires a Master’s/PhD in Medical Physics, ABR Certification or CAMPEP residency, and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in Medical Physics.
• ABR Therapeutic Medical Physics board certification or CAMPEP residency.
• 5+ years of clinical Therapy Medical Physics with leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliance.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise the medical physics team and dosimetry staff; manage clinical workflows.
• Oversee treatment technology and QA programs per AAPM TG guidelines.
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists and executives to optimize efficiency and budgets.
• Monitor equipment function and safety in Radiation Oncology Dept.
• Maintain regulatory records and reports.
• Analyze treatment plans and supervise dosimetry planning.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
