Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking an Enterprise IT Strategy & Operations Lead to drive IT strategy and modernization for a DoD government contract in Maryland. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and Senior leadership interaction with the CIO.

Responsibilities include developing IT roadmaps, cybersecurity alignment, portfolio governance, and enterprise data and cloud strategies to support mission objectives. A highly collaborative, executive-facing role with high impact.

Qualificações

• BS in a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience
• Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility
• ITIL certification required
• PMP/PMI certification desired

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary POC and strategic advisor to the CIO, providing executive guidance and coordination for enterprise IT and cybersecurity priorities.
• Develop and execute enterprise IT strategies, roadmaps, and modernization plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives in line with DoD policies and risk management practices.
• Govern enterprise IT portfolios, overseeing technology investments and project prioritization.
• Oversee IT architecture, cloud strategies, data governance, and IT acquisitions.
• Provide executive-level briefings, performance reports, and portfolio dashboards.

Conhecimentos

10+ years experience

ITIL Certified

Formação académica

BS in related field

PMP/PMI certification
